NEWS RELEASE

The Evangelical Lutheran Broadcast held its annual general meeting at Birch Hills Lutheran Church on Sunday, May 2, 2010.  About 25 people attended.

The meeting was called to order by Pastor Rick Johnson, Chairman of the Evangelical Lutheran Broadcast Board, who thanked Birch Hills Lutheran Church for hosting the meeting.  Deacon Eldon Danielson opened with devotions and prayer.

The business meeting followed.  Thanks were extended to CKBI for their support and cooperation.  It was noted that the broadcast’s website has an appreciative audience around the world.  Pastor Rick also thanked the pastors, congregations, and individuals who support the work of the broadcast.

The current executive is:

Pastor Rick Johnson led the worship service which followed.  Everyone enjoyed a pot luck supper following the service.
